Bono/Edge of U2 and Alexander The Great and his 2nd in command Hephaestion have one of the greatest extraordinarily close friendships ever!

Alexander/Bono are outgoing, charismatic man, who have many friends, but his dearest and closest friend and confidant was Hephaestion/Edge.Theirs was a friendship which had been forged in boyhood. It endured through Alexander/Bono becoming king/rockstar, through the hardships of campaigning and the flatteries of court life/rocknroll life, and their marriages.
